Lead Installers are responsible for the final finishing of the project, we want to ensure our customers will be more than satisfied with not only the aesthetics but with our service as well.

REQUIREMENTS

5 years of experience (Prefer min. of 1 year as a lead)

Possess Valid FL DL, Clean driving record to ensure insurability

Pass background check

Pass pre-employment drug screening

Reliable transportation

Physical fitness for heavy lifting, working in the heat

The job requires coming to work on time. Hours are Monday thru Friday starting at 7:30 am with overtime available and sometimes necessary, with some Saturdays as needed. Employees must have transportation to our shop.

JOB DUTIES

Load and unload trucks of fence materials and tools.

Driving company trucks to various job sites.

At the job site unloading and loading trucks of fence materials and tools by hand.

General fence installation duties at various job sites such as digging holes, digging trenches, set posts, grade fence line and Install Fencing (Aluminum, Chain Link, PVC & Wood), mixing cement, pushing heavy wheelbarrows full of cement, putting fittings on posts, hanging and stretching wire, putting fence panels together, hanging gates, job site cleanup.
Identify and Solve Problems, Communicate Effectively with Clients
Supervise a team of 1 to 2 helpers to complete specific fencing jobs (all types) providing directions to workers on the order of tasks to be performed.
Ensure all work is up to company standards in regards to quality control.
Read drawings and plans, then decipher and look ahead to any potential inefficiencies or delays during the project timeline.
Must be able to read a tape measure.
Ensure the truck is loaded with all necessary equipment and materials to complete all work assigned for the day and the load is correctly secured.
Ensure the job site is free of debris and organized on a daily basis.
Operate power tools including saws, nail guns, battery-powered drills, augers, and post hole diggers
Ensure safety policies and procedures are being followed and maintained at all time on the job site
Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out detailed written and oral instructions.
Perform other duties and/or tasks as instructed and assigned.

This job requires lifting. This job is a heavy labor position and is for someone who likes to work hard and isn't afraid to get dirty and can take the Florida heat!!! We work in all weather conditions, rain or shine. You will get wet. Temperatures in the summer can get over 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
